Event Policies
Ticket Eligibility & Registration
This is an invite-only event for qualified Compass agents. Only agents who receive a direct invitation from Compass are eligible to register and purchase a ticket.
Event capacity is strictly limited to 100 attendees. We strongly recommend registering early to avoid being placed on a waitlist.
Tickets will not be sold at the door. Event badges are required and will be checked for entry to all Summit programming.
Refund & Transfer Policy
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
If the event reaches capacity and a waitlist has been established, refunds will be issued only if and when tickets are successfully reassigned, and processed in the order cancellations are received.
Ticket holders may transfer their ticket to another qualified Compass agent pending a formal approval process.
All ticket transfers must be communicated to the Events Team in advance so attendee records and name badges can be updated.
