Welcome to the 2026 Hamptons Luxury Summit—an immersive experience designed exclusively for Compass' top luxury agents. Over the next three days, you'll explore breathtaking estates, hear from industry-leading innovators, connect with peers from across the country, and experience the very best the Hamptons has to offer.

Attire: Think elevated Hamptons casual. Jackets, sweaters, dresses, skirts, pants, nice jeans, and polished sneakers or shoes are all welcome. No need for traditional business attire.
Layers are key! Expect temperatures around the mid-upper 60s during the day, with cooler mornings and evenings. It may also feel cooler near the water.
